HRBP was founded in Riyadh by a Saudi HR consultant with more than eleven years in organisational transformation and grading and reward design for government entities and large companies. Every project showed the same gap: SMEs need the same depth and cannot afford its price tag.
We turn the grading and reward methodologies sold in expensive consulting projects into tools a company can run itself.
We write the product in Arabic and then translate it, not the other way round, because labor-law terminology does not survive machine translation.
Nitaqat, GOSI and PDPL are part of every calculation the platform makes.
We release each category when it is ready for real use, and measure before building the next.
